An Introduction to The Vape Shop Cirencester
I’m Philippa, and I’m the face of The Vape Shop Cirencester. I’m passionate about vaping and helping people to quit smoking, and it’s a really exciting time for me opening this new store in my hometown.
How we started
With six years of experience working locally within the vape industry, my Dad and I decided it was time for us to go into business together, and for me to try my hand at running my own shop. I’m lucky that my Dad already runs a business, so he’s got the business knowledge, and I’ve got the vape know how – together we make a great team!
I’ve lived in and around Cirencester all my life, and I feel really proud to be opening a business here. It’s not been a straightforward process though. The building is grade II listed, and we’re converting upstairs into a flat for me to live above, so I’m very lucky that my commute to work is just a minute down the stairs! However, the listed status has meant we’ve had to get things just right to meet all the correct requirements for building regulations etc.
Finally we’ve got there, and I’m really excited to be opening the shop up and to get back to doing what I love best - chatting to customers and helping people to quit smoking! Customers are at the heart of what I do, and I’m really focused on providing an excellent customer service experience.
